1. Collection of Personal Data

In accordance with the European GDPR Regulation no. 679/2016, we process personal data only with firm legal bases (execution of the subscription agreement, consent for notifications). Data categories: name, limited email addresses.

2. Client Record (End-To-End)

Attention: The medical and/or therapeutic information processed by the psychotherapist falls under their direct responsibility according to the rules of the Romanian College of Psychologists, this ecosystem acting only as a delegated processor (Processor). The data is strictly confidential.

3. Your Rights

  • Right to information and access to data (through account modules)
  • Right to rectification and erasure ("Right to be forgotten" through fully automated account deletion)
  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability

4. Supervisory Authority

You can direct complaints related to your data to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): www.dataprotection.ro

5. Data Deletion Instructions

We strictly respect your right to privacy and to complete data erasure. To completely delete your psychotherapist account and all associated data (clients, evaluations, settings, notes), please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the platform.
  2. Navigate to the section Settings from the main menu.
  3. Access the panel Security and Personal Data panel.
  4. Click the red button titled Delete Account & Data.
  5. Confirm the action in the prompt window (This action is irreversible).

Alternatively, if you no longer have access to your account and want completely delete data stored from your Google authentication, you can contact the system administrator directly.
