Data Deletion Instructions

We strictly respect your right to privacy and the complete deletion of your data.

To completely delete your psychotherapist account and all associated data (clients, evaluations, settings, notes), please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on the platform.
  2. Navigate to the section Setări (Settings) from the main menu.
  3. Access the panel Securitate și Date Personale.
  4. Click the red button titled Șterge Contul și Datele (Delete Account & Data).
  5. Confirm the action in the prompt window (This action is irreversible).

Alternatively, if you no longer have access to your account and want completely delete data stored from your Google authentication, you can contact the system administrator directly.
